Lots of New Content Added

First off the website has an entirely new look. We got rid of the old template and replaced it with a custom design by Steve Hay and Archipela Media. We still want to improve the resolution a bit, but this new look is far better than the old one.

The next biggest piece of news is the new free online goals realization ecourse. This is a 5 step course that will help you identify and actually reach the goals you've laid out for yourself. I have about a dozen people involved in the course so far and the feedback has been very encouraging.

I've also posted a few more leadership related articles. There are articles for Leading Teams in Today's Economy, Minimizing Resistance and Managing Change, and Self Leadership and the One Minute Manager. I've added a page of leadership quotes and posted the entirety of Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech.

And if that isn't enough, I've also posted a few more free icebreakers and team building activities.

There's also a form now on the Professional Services page you can complete should your organization wish to receive a proposal for a team building or leadership related workshop.

Oh yeah, and one more thing still. The form is still there for any site feedback. If you have any ideas or constructive critism for the site I'd love to hear it.
