"V.E.A.R - Towards Success is one of the best "Guide to Success" books I have come across. I particularly like how the author goes beyond just applying a recipe for success to career and monetary gain. VEAR can be used in all aspects of life.

I have specifically sat down and applied the V.E.A.R. method for a Job search and for training for a marathon. I got the job I had laid out in my vision. The marathon did not have the weather I had envisioned, but the E.A.R of V.E.A.R produced a good result considering the hard conditions. Most often I am using the V.E.A.R as a check list to determine why my projects are stalled, and I always find at least one of the 4 letters was lacking.
