Who is Corporate Synergy?

Corporate Synergy has worked hard to create its own identity and create programs that distance ourselves from the "competition". If your organization is truly interested in improving its team dynamics and the realizing the leadership potential within its individuals, then we are definitely the company for you.

What do we do?

We provide organizational effectiveness workshops, in-house team building and leadership development activities and outdoor experiential programs to any organization that wants to improve teamwork, build trust, enhance productivity, and develop better communication and problem-solving skills.

Where do we provide our services?

Ottawa, Ontario is our home base and our 164 acre retreat is located just 40 minutes north of the city. So you are welcome to come to us and try our high ropes and search and rescue activities or we are happy to bring our portable programs out to you, regardless of where on the globe you call home!

How do we differ from other "Team Building" agencies?

We produce tangible results. We don't "climb the mountain because it is there". Elaborate, yet fun (definitely fun!), work-based scenarios ensure that lessons are learned and are transfered back to the workplace.

Corporate Synergy emphasizes custom-designed programs, built to reflect the specific needs of your organization. Although studies have shown that perceived high risk activities and classical, pre-packaged team-building games (the spider's web, plank walk, etc.) are effective in improving teamwork, Corporate Synergy prefers to utilize these activites only as tools to produce lessons that transfer more readily back to the work environment.

* TO BUILD relationships with our clients to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth. This will be accomplished through 2-way communication and actually listening to our customers. We will return all phone calls and we will provide the service the customer has requested and not the service we would prefer to provide.
