Corporate Synergy Program Options

In response to client requests, Corporate Synergy now offers a variety of program options. You are free to choose whatever form of teambuilding you desire. We are prepared to offer anything from an afternoon of games and activities for your company picnic, right up to our 6-month Team Effectiveness Coaching programs. Our programs can take place here at "the Ark", at your place of business, or some neutral location or resort in between.

Company Picnic

Why not incorporate some fun team building initiatives into your next company picnic or retreat? We have a whole range of activities designed to focus on both cooperative and competitive efforts. Our portable options include all of classic teambuilding activities, i.e. spider s webs, plank walks, etc. We also have Fear Factor options, volleyball, badminton, croquet, tug of war, 3 legged races, etc. We can provide your lunch or you may wish to prepare that on your own. If you decide to host your picnic at the Ark, we can offer all of the above, plus canoeing on the Gatineau River, high rope tightrope walking, rappelling, nature interpretive hikes, and orienteering. For company picnics we are able to host anywhere from 10 to 400 people, onsite or off.

Corporate Teambuilding and Team Effectiveness Programs
(for Teams of 8 to 20 People)

Bronze Package
This is Corporate Synergy's most popular package. It is a one-day teambuilding event and is comprised of a morning of physical activity followed by an afternoon of reflection and debriefing. The morning activity is generally an outdoor based cooperative scenario designed to mimic common workplace problems and situations, but in a completely unique and highly entertaining way. Lunch is then followed by a facilitated debriefing session whereby participants can identify and discuss problems found that morning, their solutions, and how these skills can now be transferred back to the workplace.

Silver Package
Corporate Synergy's silver package is based upon the backbone of the bronze package, but goes one step further to ensure the unique needs of your company are addressed and that transference of learned solutions indeed are transferred back to the workplace.

The first step in working with your organization will be to spend time understanding the nature, functions and challenges facing your business. Therefore two weeks prior to the day of adventure, a facilitator will visit your office, interview each participant and administer a Team Development Inventory survey. This survey will allow us to establish a baseline for your team dynamics and allow us insight into what aspects of your team's development need to be emphasized. Personal one-on-one dialogue with the participants will further reveal any areas that require concentration.The facilitator will then return to Corporate Synergy and customize your training based on your organization's needs.

Gold Package
The Corporate Synergy gold package is an extremely comprehensive package designed to improve every aspect of leadership and team dynamics within your work group. This package also begins with a comprehensive interview of every employee involved. From there we will develop an opportunity matrix for your team that identifies current strengths and areas for growth. Then, based upon your company's timetable, we will introduce the appropriate

One month following your team's day of activity, the facilitator will return to your office, re-interview each member and complete the TDI. A summary will then be provided to the team leader with suggestions for future growth and improvement.

Larger Group Teambuilding
(for groups of 20 or more)

Although we believe that true "teams" are rarely comprised of more than 20 individuals, there is still no reason these groups shouldn't be introduced and educated in good team dynamics. Thus we have developed an exercise whereby your entire group must work together to develop a strategic plan before breaking off into dynamic, multiple subgroups. Only through high levels of planning, executing, cooperation, and communication will your team prove successful in this highly entertaining and educational activity.
