Real life examples of falling off of cliffs, performing high mountain rescues, building a house alone in the dead of the Canadian winter all add colourful examples of the lessons Mike is trying to teach. 3) Experiential lessons - If you are looking for something more active and learner-involved than a simple conference room presentation, then you may wish to consider hiring Corporate Synergy to provide a scenario-based, experiential, adventure activity. These activities are designed to mimic workplace concerns in an unfamiliar environment. People are free to develop unique solutions to the problems that are faced, and then through skilled facilitation the participants learn to apply similar solutions back in the office.
