What your responses mean

If you scored:

28-35: You are definitely on the road to a highly functioning workplace team. This team would most benefit from a true team building program complete with team assessments, boardroom theory and experiential workshops.

22-27: This team should probably consider a scaled back version of the above option, with a little less emphasis on theory and a strong experiential activity with obvious workplace lessons and themes.

16-21: This team is on the road to forming their foundation. This group should find a solid experiential day program with obvious workplace scenarios.

10-15: This group is still searching for their identity. Any day of team bonding would prove beneficial. Find an activity everyone can agree on that allows opportunities for outside-the-office socialization.

5-9: Yikes! People in this group should never be approached from behind and should always be given their space!
