I'm really excited about it. It basically expands on the theory and stories I share in my V.E.A.R motivational talks. The book explains how to apply your Vision, Attitude, Energy, and Resolve to succeed in any goal you choose. This philosophy will work in your career, with your relationships, fitness, or if you, like me, choose to turn an abandoned 6,000 square foot sawmill into a home! Stories from my journey in building the home we call "the Ark" give colourful examples of how V.E.A.R. worked for me.
